## House 与 advising

- Prep 有六个以颜色命名的 Houses，并设 house captain。
- Upper School 有十个以学校历史人物/教师命名的 Houses。
- Upper School 每位学生有 adviser，提供学术、社交和情绪支持，也是家庭的重要联系人。
- Year 7 的主要日常联系人仍是 home form teacher/form adviser。

## 体育

UCC 官方活动页列出的运动包括 cross country、badminton、baseball、basketball、cricket、field hockey、football、golf、hockey、lacrosse、rowing、rugby、soccer、softball、squash、swimming、tennis、track and field、volleyball。

并非每个项目在每个年级、每个赛季都开放。Year 7 的 tryout、interscholastic team、House intramural 和活动费必须看当年 Heads Up/assembly 通知。`A-standing`

## 艺术

学校提供 visual arts、music、drama 和 film 的课堂及课外机会。Prep 常见机会包括 choir、concert/jazz band、wind ensemble、fall play 和 spring musical。Upper School 有多个音乐团、剧场制作和 IB Film。`A-standing`

## 社团

UCC 官网 Clubs & Co-curriculars 页称 **Prep 与 Upper School 合计 115 个社团**，覆盖 arts、athletics、entrepreneurship、global issues 和 community service，并鼓励学生自建新社团；官网不公开完整名单。

- Upper School 官网点名：World Affairs Conference、Model UN，mathematics / medical / science / philosophy societies，cultural clubs，Helping Hands 与 Blue Hearts（社区服务），以及 robotics、music、financial literacy、film and digital arts。
- Prep 官网点名的是早期领导力角色：student ambassadors、morning greeters、colour house captains、debaters、eco-ambassadors；另有 yearbook、debate、music ensembles 和 after-school activities。
- 较早公开材料中出现过 debate、DECA、chess、engineering、creative writing、environmental groups 等，是否在 2026–27 开设看当年 Bluenet 与 club fair。

## Norval Outdoor School

- Norval 自 1939 年起是 UCC 核心户外教育项目的一部分。
- 学生在户外进行科学、地理、数学、艺术、环境和团队建设活动。
- UCC 官网称学生到 Year 9 时累计约 11 周 wilderness learning，包括日间和过夜活动。
- Family Open House、Maple Madness 等社区活动另行发布。

不要在没有当年通知的情况下断言 Year 7 某次 Norval 行程一定是几天。`A-standing`

## 服务与领导力

- Service 是 UCC 五项价值观之一。
- Horizons 是 UCC 与多伦多公校学生之间长期运行的辅导和 mentoring 项目。
- Upper School 有 student stewards、House leadership、service、sustainability 和 CAS 机会。
- Year 9 有专门 Lang Leadership Course；学校亦在建设 Lang Leadership Lab。

## Wernham West Centre for Learning

WWCfL 为 Prep 与 Upper School 提供学习策略、组织、评估准备、个别支持和教师协作。它不是只给“成绩差”的学生，而是学校整体支持系统的一部分。`A-standing`

## Wellbeing 与安全

UCC 公开资料将身体、认知、社交和情绪 wellbeing 视为全校支持目标。支持渠道包括 form/adviser、Health Centres、counsellors、WWCfL、House system、athletic therapist 和 Norval。发生紧急危险时先拨 911；校内非紧急问题走学校总机或相应 office。
